Abstract:
The life course of a person is continuous, and it may be of greater significance to pay attention to the "elderly in the past" for the study of elderly sports. The personal life course of a football amateur in the process of social change and sports reform in China is examined, a true pattern of sports participation is presented and it is tried to understand how he constructs a sports life in an elderly state. It has been found that the individual football participation is always supported by interest, influenced by the individual's life stage and social environment. In adolescence, it is mainly influenced by family and education; while in career development, it is hindered by career and injuries. In the elderly state, the continuation and expansion of football participation is achieved through the combined effects of past football participation experience and current social environment. In the process of practice, the habitual effect is increasing, and the influence of the field is decreasing, which is the result of the continuous growth of individuals and the increasing openness of society.
