Abstract:
In order to clarify the influence of traditional ethnic sports participation on cultural confidence, a coding analysis of in-depth interview data from 15 participants in traditional ethnic sports is conducted, and the qualitative research methods are used to explore and construct a theoretical model for promoting cultural confidence through traditional ethnic sports participation. It is found that the core category of "equilibrium between identity and reflection" in the consciousness of traditional ethnic sports culture is the key to enhance cultural confidence, and the cultural consciousness mainly affects the improvement of individual cultural confidence through four categories: cultural cognition, cultural identity, cultural reflection, and cultural adaptation. The relationships between the five main categories of field change, participation in traditional ethnic sports, cultural dissemination, cultural consciousness and cultural confidence are clarified, proving that the optimization of cultural dissemination power and the generation of cultural consciousness power have strong effects on enhancing cultural confidence.
