Abstract: Taken the concept of "holistic intelligent governance" as the starting point, the compatibility between the model and community sport governance is explained, and its logic is elaborated from six dimensions of governance objective, subject, mechanism, means, function and evaluation. The application of holistic intelligent governance in community sport governance is still faced with potential risks, including the disguised reinforcement of governance tasks, unbalanced governance results sharing, return of traditional "management" and technical errors of digital tools. It is necessary to enforce the practical strategies from the following four aspects, that is, to strengthen the guidance of Party building and optimize the governance responsibility mechanism, insist on the action co-governance and ensure the balance of interests between the governance subjects, realize the mechanism co-creation and strengthen the technology incubation, supervision and early warning, focus on the value consensus, and correct the digital governance tools application, in order to ensure the effective operation of the holistic intelligent governance in community sport governance.
