Abstract:
Based on the evolution of the perceptual form of body movement under the wave of generative AI technology, this study attempts to reveal the internal mechanism and future direction of body movement research in the intelligent era by analyzing the uncertain relationship between body existence and self. It is found that: ① virtual representation constitutes the social representation of the intelligent age, and the localization of body movement and "self" in the intelligent age will be presented in the ways of coexistence, separation and virtual coexistence; the perceptual boundary of body will expand from physical to virtual space, complicating the relationships between self and society, self and matter, self and space, and self and order. ② The coupling of technology and movement means that the post-human era characterized by the revolution of body motion perception has arrived. As a "prosthetic" of human perception, technology not only expands the limits of body perception, but also implies the risk of ethical deviance. And, when the perception of body movement changes from "physical existence" to "virtual existence" and the liquid body becomes the norm, human body movement and competitive behavior will also change. ③ With the vitality of intelligent technology as a dynamic thing highlighted, the social experience around body symbols and the relationship between things and people, the micro-order of body interaction under virtual representation, and the dominant power of the body and the socio-cultural topological mechanism will become the focus of future research, and the interpretation framework of dynamic juxtaposition of thing-human will emerge.
