Abstract: Focused on the three-dimension of right and interest protection, violation punishment, and appeal and relief as the core, the establishment of rule system for professional e-sports players are explored, compared with other traditional sports events. It holds that registration management will help to include e-sports players into the unified management system for Chinese athletes nationwide as to the protection for rights and interests. The minimum wage security and salary cap systems will ensure relatively balanced salaries of players. Reinforced contract regulations will safeguard the rights and interests of players agreed in contracts. On violation punishment, it is of vital importance to make improvement on how to set rules for behaviors and the corresponding punishment, to supplement what has been neglected and reinforce the management and control to routine behaviors of players. As to appeal and relief for either contract disputes or violation punishment disputes, relief from the e-sports league should always be prioritized. And meanwhile, other external channels like arbitration and lawsuit should also be used to guarantee disputes can be resolved impartially.
