Abstract: On the basis of theoretical elaboration, how the intelligent rule of law contributes to the construction of sports rule of law is analyzed. The research shows that intelligent rule of law, as a new way of governance, has a natural fit with sports and is an inevitable requirement to realize the modernization of sports rule of law, which is conducive to improving the scientific and democratic sports legislation, plus the efficiency and transparency of sports law enforcement as well as the credibility of sports justice. The realization pathway of sports legal construction under intelligent rule of law includes strengthening the construction of sports law theory forms and improving the scientific sports legislation, the correct sports law enforcement procedure, the just sports jurisdiction and satisfaction from the people with sports rule of law. At the same time, as a new form of sports rule of law construction, intelligent rule of law should face the people, the world and the future.
