Abstract: The current development of China's sports training practice is increasingly beyond the established theoretical interpretation framework and interpretation ability, and the main body of training theoretical knowledge is not enough to integrate the localization and presence of China's training practice. It is urgent and necessary to construct the autonomous knowledge system of Chinese sports training theory. To fully understand and grasp the construction logic of "autonomous knowledge system of Chinese sports training theory" requires methodological consciousness. The academic community should take on the task of methodological consciousness, that is: ① the historical consciousness, which means objectively investigate the elements of the construction of knowledge system in the Sinicization process of sports training theory; ② the subject consciousness, which means the accurate confirmation of the position of constructing the autonomous knowledge system of Chinese sports training theory; ③ methodology self-awareness, which means the methodology of constructing the autonomous knowledge system of Chinese sports training theory needs to be constantly reviewed.
