Abstract:
Sportsmanship is not only a physical element in the social field, but the core content of sport value. This paper discusses the concept and characteristics of sportsmanship from the perspective of language philosophy. The study believes that sportsmanship shows the unique characteristics of "self", "being natural", "freedom", and "practice" and so on. Combing and discriminating the feature of sportsmanship is an important academic path to identify the essence of sportsmanship as well as a meaningful methodology to further the sport ontology.
