Abstract:
With various approaches such as literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and statistics, the research analyzed changes of PM
2.5 index and the "one-hour-each-day campus physical activity" development in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, aiming to choose the reasonable physical activity and load for the primary and secondary school students according to AQI changes, and to reduce the harm done to them with PM
2.5 exceeding the limit. It is concluded that when AQI is above 100, it is more appropriate to take less intense indoor exercises that consumes less oxygen in the afternoon. The research also provides strategies for witty design that is resourceful in teaching approaches with content highlighting the physical development and value of education, and is beneficial to the physical development of students.
