Abstract: Germany is a country where leisure sport is comparatively perfect.That is because of its public-oriented social policies.The welfare policy, environmental protection policy and sport policy are its leisure sport foundations.And, the sport infrastructure, the combination of sport and city development, as well as the love of sport among the German nationalities have promoted the development of leisure sports.The implications for China include the guarantee of the leisure right for everyone, the attention of long effect of policy and the enriched leisure content through sport.
