补充低聚糖对运动诱导的动情周期抑制大鼠HPO轴激素的影响

Improvement of HPO Axis Hormones of Rats with Exercise-induced Estrogen Cycle Inhibition by Supplementing Oligosaccharides

  • 摘要:
      目的  在不改变大鼠运动负荷、不使用药物干预的情况下,探讨低聚糖的摄入对大鼠动情周期抑制的缓解效果,为运动员月经周期紊乱的防治提供理论基础。
      方法  选取36只2月龄SD雌性大鼠在适应运动2周后,随机分组;对照组设计为2组,分别为Nco组和Pco组,实验组设计为2组,分别为Res组和Oli组,每组9只。
      结果  经过3周补糖干预后,Res组和Oli组阴道脱落细胞数量逐渐增加,开始出现无核表层细胞;且PRL显著低于Pco组,GnRH、FSH、LH、E2及P显著高于Pco组,而与Nco组无统计学差异。
      结论  通过补充低聚糖可增加大强度运动训练状态下雌性大鼠的外源性能量摄入,推断能量负平衡状态得到改善,使可利用能量增加,缓解了动情周期抑制状态。

     

    Abstract:
    It is to determine if oligosaccharides supplements improves rats with estrogen cycle inhibition when they are neither changed by the exercise load nor used drug intervention, but with supplemented carbohydrates as energy to intervene in rats with estrogen cycle inhibition.
      Methods  Thirty-six female Sprague-Dawley rats (two months old) were randomly divided into four experimental groups:Negative control group (Nco), 9-weeks exercise as model for AMI (Pco), post-AMI rest recovery group (Res), oligosaccharide intervention group (Oli).All rats were sacrificed at the end of 9-weeks.
      Results  After three weeks of intervention:1) Res and Oli group increased the number of vaginal exfoliated cells, and began to appear non-nuclear surface cells; 2) Res and Oli groups' PRL level was significantly lower than Pco group, but GnRH, FSH, LH, E2 and P level was significantly higher than Pco group.
      Conclusion  By added oligosaccharides to rats with estrogen cycle inhibition, the available energy could be increased and the estrous cycle restrain in rats could be improved consequently.
