男子赛艇240次卧拉练习的能量代谢特征

Energetic Profile of 240-reps Bench-pull with Male Rowers

  • 摘要: 赛艇是一项力量耐力型项目,一些教练员采用240次卧拉练习发展赛艇运动员的力量耐力,但对这种练习的生理学特征缺乏了解。对某省20名男子赛艇运动员(公开级9名,轻量级11名)进行1次卧拉最大力量(RM)测试和1次240次卧拉(40% RM)计时测试,采用便携式气体代谢仪对运动员卧拉过程中的呼吸气体进行监测,并采集运动前后的耳血进行血乳酸分析。结果显示:240次卧拉属于有氧供能主导的一种高强度、长时间的力量耐力练习,不推荐赛艇运动员选择240次卧拉这种力量耐力练习方法,建议赛艇运动员力量耐力训练次数≤ 50次。

     

    Abstract: Rowing is considered as a strength-endurance sport. Some coaches utilize bench-pull of 240 repetitions to develop the strength endurance needed in rowing racing; however, they lack the knowledge of the physiological profile of this drill. The study took 20 provincial male rowers (9 of heavy-weight, 11 of light-weight) volunteered to participate in one repetition maximum (RM) test of bench-pull, and one bench-pull time trial (40%RM) of 240 repetitions. A portable spirometer was utilized to assess the respiratory gas. Earlobe blood was taken prior to and post the 240-reps bench-pull test. The energy supply during the 240 repetitions bench-pull test was calculated from the accumulated oxygen uptake and blood lactate during the drill and the fast component of the oxygen debt during the recovery. These findings indicate that the 240-reps bench-pull is a strength endurance drill with high intensity; rowers are not suggested to take this endurance drill, but the drill less than 50 repetitions instead.
