Abstract: General secretary Xi Jinping put forward a new development principle of "innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing", which has become the guide of action to solve the problem of development, enhance the power of development and keep the advantages of development. The idea of "green, sharing, open and incorruptible" is the embodiment of the new development concept guiding the preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games.Under the guidance as such, the preparations for the Winter Olympic Games in the follow-up stage, should focus more on the relations between the implementation and advance, the unification of international rules with China's experience, the consistency of overall planning with the key layout, and finally achieve the overall goal of a "wonderful, extraordinary and outstanding" Winter Olympic Games.
