Abstract: The study discusses the current problems in the development of the"speed roller skating turning to speed ice skating"speed skating team. The results show that the speed skating team has achieved better results, however, there is still the lack of policy support, management lag, unreasonable team structure for athletes and coaches, as well as the insufficient funding and facilities, etc.Hence it is important to grasp the historical opportunity to improve the training mode, build good management mechanism, form a coach team with comprehensive capabilities, strengthen the reserve talents, and formulate sustainable development evaluation system, etc.
