Abstract: The study tries to explore the motivation of Chinese launching the sports foreign aids.It holds that from the political perspective China intends to safeguard the national security and obtain the universal recognition of the international community by following the guidance of national policies on foreign affairs.And from the historical perspective China firmly adheres to the traditional culture of the Chinese nation while upholding the spirit of internationalism, which conveys the concept of peace-loving of the Chinese people.The study proposed that a good political ecology should be established to confront the current complex international situations.And, the role of its cultural communication in sports aid should be fully come into play.Finally, the economic exchange earning function in foreign sports aid should be well developed.
