Abstract: The study attempts to discuss the development direction of China's sports law in the new era, based on the comprehensive analysis of China's rule of law and reform in the new era.The research shows that the rule of law in sports in the new era should guarantee the people' sports rights and the legalized operation of sports administrative power.The development of sports industry and sports social organizations as well as the sports dispute should be ruled by law.Besides, the pluralism of the rule of law in sports and scientific legislation in sports should be taken into account, which will increase the Chinese right to speak in the rule of law in international sports, hence to contribute Chinese wisdom both to the rule of law in international sports and the construction of the community of human destiny.
