Abstract: Under the background of the strategies that China is deepening its reform, implementing the governance of the country by laws, and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, the mode of sport development in China should take the "new concept of development" proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committees as the guide to actively transform its development mode.That is, we should follow the mode from factor input to the innovation-driven, from the local surpass to the coordinated development, from the single and gray to the green, from the closed to the open, and from efficiency-first to the co-construction and sharing.
