武术群体冲突的内控逻辑与规避路径

The Internal Control Logic and Circumvention Path of Wushu Group Conflict

  • 摘要: 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,从基层社群秩序自治的视角,分析传统武术群体产生冲突的类型与群体自治的内在逻辑,剖析现代武术群体冲突与破坏秩序行为产生的原因,认为:不同“利益诉求”与“共享文化”诱发了武术群体不同类型的冲突;在传统农耕经济社会,武术群体运用礼治规范、协作权利、记忆舆论等社会方法形成了秩序自治的内化控制系统。随着现代社会结构与经济体制的变化,联系不同群体的纽带产生割裂,武术群体中新的矛盾与冲突处于监管的“空当期”。提出通过礼法合治、文化认同、信息监管等措施,完善现代武术群体秩序自治结构,发挥其维系基层社群秩序的社会功能。

     

    Abstract: By the methods of literature review and expert interview, from the perspective of community order autonomy at the grass-roots level, the internal logic of Wushu group conflict and group autonomy is analyzed, and the reasons for the conflict of modern Wushu groups and the behaviors of destroying order are found.It is concluded that different types of conflicts in Wushu groups are caused by different "interest demands" and "shared cultures".In the traditional farming-economy society, Wushu group forms the internal control system of order autonomy by the social methods such as "rule of etiquette", "cooperation right", "memory public opinion" and so on. But, with the changes of modern social structure and economic system cutting the relationships among the different groups, the new contradictions and conflicts in Wushu groups are in the "gap period" of supervision. The suggestions are made to improve the order autonomy of modern Wushu groups through the measures of "combination of etiquette and law", "cultural identity", "information supervision" and so on.
