Abstract:
The proposition of strengthening the fighting sports education in school Wushu and returning to the essence of martial arts is introduced according to the fact that the school Wushu education deviates from its combative essence and fails to meet the Wushu needs of teenagers.It is held that it is necessary to solidify the awareness of martial arts essence by carrying out the teaching activity around the martial arts combat. A safety valve awareness should be established thus to provide a reasonable outlet for young people's aggressive violence, and experience and cognitive awareness be built to let young people have a perceptual experience and rational cognition of fighting confrontation. The awareness of rigid temperament should be enhanced to transform the fighting competitive education into a tool to cultivate young people's rigid temperament. At the same time, it needs to grasp the essential characteristics of fighting sports in Wushu, and carry out the fighting practice under the ruled conditions, with the clear understanding in the age and gender differences of educated subjects.
