Abstract: Guided by General Secretary XI Jinping's important exposition on youth sports, the policy connotation of "Deepening the integration of sports and education is explained to promote the healthy development of youth" which guides the development of youth in sports, education, health and other fields in the new era.It is believed that through the comprehensive integration of sports and education in terms of ideology, objectives, resources and measures, the policy targeting at promoting the youth's healthy development by sports can be realized, hence it will solve the persistent problems in the aspects of extra-curricular work remuneration, sports entrance examination, title promotion for physical education teachers, sports venues and facilities, sports technology levels, etc.The path of "uniform design and promotion" of the integration of sports and education in the new era is put forward as follows:consolidating the basis of school sports work with the concept of "health first"; building a system of graded and stratified youth sports events; building school sports features through the construction of high-level sports teams; establishing elite positions through the precise reform of various sports schools at all levels; promoting the level of social sports organization with the concept of multiple governance; integrating the P.E. teachers and coaches by the expansion of capacity and efficiency; and strengthening the innovation mechanism of policy guarantee and collaborative organization.
