Abstract: The reconstruction of the legal role was explored after the decoupling reform of sports associaions, and the redefining of supervisory system.It holds that sports associations still belong to the social organizations which implement public authority, therefore their inner members are supposed to be the targets of supervision system, though these organizations become independent associations after the separation of management and operation.Dividing the boundary of public power and autonomy power is the key to clarify the scope of supervision, by integrating the origin, base of power, as well as the specificity and openness as the general standards.The supervision system in sport should base the principles on the balance in sport autonomy and external supervision.And the supervision legal system should be consistenly upgraded, thus the power boundary will be clear with the help of power list, and a comprehensive supervision system and efficient investigation model should be established against the corruption in sport.
