Abstract:
Movement integration is a kind of school-based physical activity promoted program, which integrated a 10-minute physical activity into ordinary academic lessons.
The practices from primary schools in European countries have obtained guiding experience. This kind of programs, aiming at decreasing the health risk of obesity and related metabolic diseases which are resulted from growingly downgraded physical activity level, was expected to promote students' study interest and effect by comprehensive classroom activities and multiple learning methods. Based on the practices from 4 movement integration programs, TAKE 10! ®, A+PAAC, and TWM-E, the implementation rationale as well as the gains and losses are analyzed, which will provide references for the knowledge into physical education and health courses, and the promotion of school sport intervention in China.
