《中等职业学校体育与健康课程标准(2020年版)》解读——基于学科核心素养视角

Interpretation of The Curriculum Standard of P.E. and Health in Secondary Vocational Schools(2020 Edition): From the Perspective of Discipline Core Literacy

  • 摘要: 《中等职业学校体育与健康课程标准(2020年版)》的颁布结束了中等职业学校体育与健康课程有教学大纲而无课程标准的局面,为中等职业学校学生体育与健康学科核心素养的培育提供了理论支持和现实依据。以学科核心素养为视角,从研制背景、框架组构、推行理路3个方面对《中等职业学校体育与健康课程标准(2020年版)》进行解读。认为:课程标准的研制是“立德树人”任务指向及中等职业学校体育与健康课程改革的现实需求;运动能力、健康行为、体育精神3大学科核心素养贯穿于组成课程标准的课程性质与任务、课程目标、课程结构、课程内容、学业质量、课程实施6大要素之中,各要素之间通过学科核心素养串联衔接,依次协同发挥体育与健康学科在中等职业教育阶段的整体育人作用。提出:应以“立德树人”为引领,将其具体化到体育与健康课程目标之中,通过层层落实与环环相接的方式进行有针对性的培育,促进体育与健康学科核心素养与课程标准的有效对接及融合。

     

    Abstract: The promulgation of The Curriculum Standard of P.E. and Health in Secondary Vocational Schools (2020 edition), which ends the situation that there is only outline but no standard in P.E. and health curriculum in secondary vocational schools, provides theoretical support and practical basis for the core literacy cultivation. By taking the core literacy cultivation of the discipline as the starting point, a systematic interpretation of The Curriculum Standard of P. E. and Health in Secondary Vocational Schools(2020 edition) is made in three aspects of development background, framework organization and implementation. The research shows that the development of curriculum standards is the task direction of "establishing morality and cultivating people" and the realistic demand of the curriculum reform of "P. E. and health" in secondary vocational schools. The key qualities of sports ability, health behavior and sports spirit run through the six elements of curriculum standard, that is, the curriculum nature and task, goal, structure, content, academic quality and implementation. And these elements are connected in an orderly manner through the series of discipline core literacy, and in turn give full play to the overall educational role of P.E. and health disciplines in the stage of secondary vocational education. During the process of its implementation, "establishing morality and cultivating people" should be taken as the guide and embodied in the objectives and targeted cultivation of P.E. and health curriculum, thus the integration of the core literacy and curriculum standards of P.E. and health will be effectively accomplished in secondary vocational schools.
