  • The study adopted the methods of literature review and field research to explore the governance status of adolescent health promotion in China.It holds that "fine management" in the traditional governance paradigm produced "over-systematized" crisis, with the characteristics of insufficient proactive and reactive ability insufficient, which is difficult to guarantee the quality, as well as the inadequate policy target force which leads to the "policy-demand"gap, thereby causing the misalignment of governance.Based on the perspective of improving adolescents' physical health and promoting governance ability, this paper puts forward the model of "precise governance" and expounds how to break through the bottleneck of the existing governance model.
