Abstract:
Ten national first-class wrestlers were selected as research subjects to explore the dynamics, kinematics and sEMG characteristics of wrestling side-rolling technique by using Wrestling Side-Rolling Technique Testing System synchronized with electromyogram(EMG) acquisition system and video.
Results ①The maximum strength of wrestlers' side-rolling techniques appeared at 69° while the first-class male wrestlers can be (2.11±0.64) times of their body weight.②The activation duration of right gluteus maximus and right abdominal oblique are over 5.83 s and 5.94 s respectively, the longest two of the 12 muscles. ③The work of right rectus femoris, right external oblique abdomen and right gluteus maximus was significantly higher than the opposites in the range of 0-90°, 0-120° and 0-180°;the work of left latissimus dorsi was higher than the opposite in the range of 0-30° and 120-180°.
Conclusions ①At the beginning of side-rolling technique, the force of rolling mainly consists of three parts: leg pushing, left-rotate under the body right rotation position, and left-arm-pulling force. ②After 30°, the rolling force is mainly composed of the contraction force of the right hip, knee extensor and trunk left rotator. At about 69°, the peak force position of the rolling bridge technology appears. ③After 120°, the rolling force mainly consists of the pulling action of the left shoulder extension and the pulling action of the right hip extension.
