  • This study used the methods of literature review and field investigation to discuss the cultural existence and trend of Meihuaquan in Qianwei Village, Guangzong County, south Hebei Province, from three angles-Showing off Quan, Playing Quan, and Talking about Quan. It pointed out that against the background Meihuaquan has closely knitted with the change and development of the village and played an important role in building cultural space in its community. Hence, it is especially of realistic significance and value of times to consider Meihuaquan as an intangible cultural heritage from a cultural rather than a technical perspective.
